The complete content of this site, especially texts, photographs, music and graphics, are protected by copyright. The copyright is owned, as long as not stated otherwise, by Sebastian Hartmann. Please ask me, if you wish to use this site’s content otherwise than with the services on offer.

Violating copyright (f.e. copieing content to another internet site without permission), it is a punishable offence according to the copyright law of the Federal Republic of Germany (§ 106 ff Urhebergesetz). The person will be dunned with a fee and has to pay compensation. Copied contend can be easily tracked on the internet.

Use of this site’s content

The pictures and music presented here at Kustom-Kards.com, have to be used with the provided code, and are not allowed to be altered.

Contentwise restrictions

Pictural material that you want me to include in the design (a logo for example) has to be used according to copyright laws. This means if you can’t proof permission to use the picture or logo, you should not provide such material. The responsibility for the use of sent in material is with the client (you). Obviously copyright infringing orders will be ignored. Any money paid will be considered a donation to kustom-kards.com.

Design

The size of the Kards und each one’s design limit the amount of text added to them. So your Kustom text should be as short as possible. I use only two fonts in each design, in up to two sizes. By sending your Kustom-Kard order, you approve to the design and the customizing incorpoarting your additional text.

Ordering

The order to alter a design is only valid from the date of payment received on my Paypal account.

Refunding

After I send the code to the new Kustom-Kard I will not refund the money.

Logos

I can use all common picture file formats. Please send either a link to your logo for download (preferred) or send me the logo attached to an e-mail. No attachments exceding 1 megabyte in filesize, please.
